Features of XLT Application

Just Copy, Paste and post entries into Tally directly or Import from Templates provided.
You can enter data upto 5000 entries by a single click in a batch.
New Ledgers will be created in Tally before posting entries.
You can create upto 5000 New Ledgers by one click in Tally with Address, Opening Balance, Bill by Bill and GSTIN.
You can use it for Sales, Purchase, Receipt, Payment, Contra, Journal, Debit and Credit Note entries.
You can import entries from Bank Statement and post into Tally directly.
For Specific or Multiple entries you can enter upto 7 ledgers for each entry in a single row.
You can create New Ledgers during entries also.
You can create different Templates by this Application for faster entries.
"Copy and Paste to All" feature paste upto last entry to do entries very fast.
You can also use it for a single entry with multiple ledgers.
Entries can be done for any number of years.
Auto Debit and Credit of first 2 Ledgers, Date checks to avoid wrong dates.
This Application works upto 5000 Ledger Accounts and 5000 entries in a batch.

How XLT Application Works

Allow your Antivirus and Firewall to run and trust this Application. Save Drive name to save Templates Files generated from this Application.
An icon XLT and Manual is available at your Desktop. When you click a button, a message may pop-up, read & follow that message.
It is advised to first test this Application with dummy data to avoid loss of data.
Run Tally and set ODBC server active. For this go to "Gateway of Tally" and press F12 and go to "Advanced Configuration" and press enter and set "Tally.ERP is acting as" "Both", Enable ODBC server" as "YES" and "Port" as "9000" and save it or press ctrl+A, Tally will restart on ODBC server 9000.
Load a single Company at a time in Tally when you Import Company and its Ledgers from Tally. Do entries carefully, once entered in Tally can not be reversed.
Now click "Import Company Name and Ledgers Name from Tally ERP9" button, it will import Name of company and its all ledgers.
Select Entry type from "Home" sheet or go to your desired sheet for doing entries by copy and paste. During Copy paste ledger names must be as per Tally.
Double click anywhere on the entry sheets under the Blue Heading, it will show the list of Ledgers on the right hand side, select the name of ledgers from the list.
When you click the "Select Ledger" button it will show the list of Ledger on the Right hand side, Seclect the desired ledgers from the list.
You can create new ledgers during the entries and first it will create Ledgers in Tally then it will post entries.
